hii i only here give you point 1. pls drink more and more water 2. do yoga daily in morning pls don't skip in 6 months on even in 3 months later you will be fit 3.daily put a wheat in pot and boil it then drink it after 6 hour ..defintely it gives you power and your mind become sharp so guys do this definety you fit jai shree ram !!! jai jai hanuman !!!
